Mobile Barriers and Fixed Shields

 We manufacture mobile barriers in a variety of different sizes.  Lead thicknesses range from 1/32" to 1/8".  They can be provided with a lead glass vision kit, or without a vision kit.  We can apply almost any plastic laminate to the faces, making it easy to match virtually any door.  Mobile barriers roll on heavy duty casters making them accessible to any room in the facility that requires a temporary shielded barrier.

Fixed shields are used in existing rooms to shield technicians in lieu of constructing a permanent wall.  They are easier to install and are less intrusive to the facility than permanent wall construction.  They can consist of a single opaque lead core panel with a vision kit that is attached to an existing wall, or as multiple panels with vision kits attached to the wall and to each other to create 45 or 90 degree angled shielded areas.  All metal wall channels, floor brackets, and wall braces are painted to match the face color of the panels.
